The second site enables you to be added to a list of others from your constituency with similar concerns. When 25 have signed up an automatic e-mail is sent to your MP advising him/her that a group of constituents would like to discuss what is being done to address their concerns. The BBC have quite a sophisticated system for registering complaints. They also notice if the public are sufficiently concerned to contact them. If you think that a programme is biased or that it treats the subject inadequately, you can complain to: http://www.bbc.co.uk/complaints/
